Supermodel Christie Brinkley and her fourth husband settled their latest skirmish over a divorce agreement Tuesday and vowed to the judge that the pact would resolve all of their remaining issues.

An attorney for Christie Brinkley’s ex-husband says they’ve been discussing a proposed settlement in their court spat over details of their 2008 divorce.

Brinkley’s attorney, Peter Caronia, issued a statement early Tuesday saying a settlement had been reached. That was just hours before the factions were due to face off in a Long Island courtroom.
