Chynna Phillips’ (Withdrawn) Divorce Paperwork From Billy Baldwin

Access Hollywood has obtained the divorce paperwork filed by singer Chynna Phillips against her husband of 15 years, Billy Baldwin; papers which she later withdrew.

The singer filed the papers last week in Santa Barbara Superior Court citing irreconcilable differences. One day later, the papers were withdrawn.

Baldwin’s manager, Lizzie Grubman, told Access on Tuesday, “Every married couple has its up and downs, but they are two people who have been together for 18 years and are deeply in love. They will work through their personal issues and they are committed to staying together.”

The couple married on September 9, 1995.

They have three children – Jameson, 10, Vance 8, and Brooke, 5. Phillips has requested joint custody of their brood.

Phillips had asked for spousal support and for her husband to pay the attorney fees, before withdrawing her request.

Earlier this week, a rep for the singer said Phillips had checked out of an undisclosed facility where she had been being treated for anxiety.

On Monday, February 15, Grubman had shared the following statement with Access: “After much thoughtful deliberation Chynna Phillips has checked herself into an undisclosed treatment facility for anxiety. With the full support of her family and friends she is looking forward to her recovery. We ask that people respect her and her family’s privacy at this time.”
