Community Star Joel McHale Joins Sons Of Anarchy

Joel McHale is best known for his comedic skills, hosting E!’s “The Soup” and starring on NBC’s “Community.” Now, the actor is set to take on a decidedly more dramatic role.

According to TV Line, Joel is joining FX’s gritty biker drama “Sons of Anarchy” as a con-man who “picks the wrong person to double-cross.”

The actor will appear in multiple episodes, the website reports, and will be working alongside “Sons” gang matriarch Katey Sagal.

For her part, Katey seems to approve of the show’s new addition.

On Thursday, she Tweeted, “Working with a handsome stranger. Yeow! Lucky girl. Love my job,” along with a picture of her with Joel.

“Sons of Anarchy” Season 5 will premiere in September on FX.
