It looks like on-screen romance has blossomed into the real thing for “Cougar Town” co-stars Courteney Cox and Brian Van Holt.
The pair has been dating for at least the past 10 months, a source reveals to Access Hollywood, confirming the longtime rumors surrounding the stars.
Brian, 43, plays Courteney’s on-screen ex-husband on the popular TBS series.
Late last month, Courteney, 46, finalized her divorce with real-life ex-husband David Arquette. The couple legally separated on December 31, 2011, after announcing in October 2010 that they were calling it quits following 11 years of marriage.
Back in 2010 on the heels of their split, David told Howard Stern that he thought Courteney was having an “emotional affair” with Brian.
While the fate of their off-screen relationship remains to be seen, Brian and Courteney will continue to share the screen together, for at least one more season – in March 2013, TBS announced it had ordered 13 new episodes of “Cougar Town” for the show’s upcoming fifth season.
