Courteney Cox: David Arquette Hit On Me At Disney World! Gets Candid On Relationship

Courteney Cox and David Arquette continue to sort out their relationship – which includes a little flirting while at the Magic Kingdom.

Wednesday night on “The Late Show With David Letterman,” and again on Thursday morning on Sirius XM’s “Howard Stern Show,” Courteney Cox and David Arquette continued to sort out their relationship in public – a process that included a little flirting while at the Magic Kingdom.

On Letterman, Courteney explained that a recent trip to Disney World with their daughter Coco included an attempt at some romance.

“He did try to hit on me, yeah,” she told Letterman. “He hit pretty hard, and I said, ‘You know, you don’t have the Fast Pass right now. Not to that ride!’

Adding that the theme park had a policy to “put us in separate rooms.”

The “Cougar Town” star said she even joked with David about whom he might end up with if they don’t reconcile, saying it would be “somebody named Tiffany or Britney.”

“I was by his house the other day and I saw that everything is looking the way he would like it to look, as opposed to the way I would like it to look,” she explained. “And I just said, ‘Look, when you end up with one of those girls, if we don’t make it, can I come over and just organize the drawers a little bit? Just keep it the way it was?’”

All kidding aside, she gave Letterman an update on David’s sobriety, saying, “[He’s] over 100 days sober. He’s doing great.”

“I don’t know what’s going to happen. I really don’t,” she added. “I’m sure this decision needs to be made at some point, but we’re getting along so well that I hate to rock the boat. I really do.”

In more Courteney and David news, the actress surprised her husband this morning when she stopped by “The Howard Stern Show” on Sirius XM radio, where he was being interviewed.

Howard asked the actress why she rejected his advances while they were on vacation.

“Well, you see, it’s not really the place for it. First of all, it was early in the morning,” she said. “This is one of our problems in our relationship. Whenever I would need consoling from David, he could not literally put his arm around me for one second without completely getting [aroused]… that’s the truth! So, it just wasn’t the right time. I didn’t want to confuse the issue, we were going through a hard time.”

“I’m always ready for you,” David joked.

Howard then grilled Courteney about which celebrity she would date if a reconciliation between her and David was completely out of the question, even offering up Brad Pitt as an example.

“Oh, that would be interesting,” she said of friend Jennifer Aniston’s ex. “I have a talent crush on Christian Bale. ‘The Fighter’ was so good!”

The actress then addressed rumors that she’s been with other men since David and her split.

“I have not had sex,” she told Howard. “Let me tell you something. It’s not that these people that you think I’ve had sex with, they really don’t want to get involved in this mess.”

Howard brought up her “Cougar Town” co-star Josh Hopkins, whom Courteney adamantly denied being involved with.

“He is so not working me, he actually doesn’t want to,” she said.

“Would it freak you out if [David] started dating Jennifer Aniston?” Howard asked.

“Yes…freak me out,” she said. “It would just hurt me, I have a real thing about friends, she’s one of my very best friends, so that would be weird.”

“Could he get her?” the shock jock asked.

“I would think that she cares about me too much to let that happen,” Courteney added.

Earlier in the interview, David also addressed rumors that his wife is involved with Josh.

“We have a really super f***ing honest relationship and [something with Josh] would have come up,” he said. “One hundred percent, she’s not.”

The actor referred to Josh as, “a friend of all of ours,” adding, “She hasn’t f***ed anybody.”

Courteney and David will appear on the big screen together in “Scream 4,” which opens on Friday.
