Three weeks into the competition, “Dancing with the Stars” has sent home its first celebrity of the season.

(SPOILER ALERT: This story reveals the elimination results from Tuesday’s “DWTS.”)

Country music star Wynonna Judd, who landed at the bottom of the leaderboard on Monday night for her samba with pro partner Tony Dovolani, was cut from the competition.

“I faced one of my biggest fears and I’ve made a lifetime friend out of Tony,” Wynonna said after learning the news.

“This is the hardest job I’ve ever loved,” she continued. “I’m a singer not a dancer and I did the best I could and I can’t wait to get back to making my record and I love my country music fans more than ever.”

Wynonna and Tony are the first couple to be eliminated on “DWTS” Season 16.

Last week, Dorothy Hamill took herself out of the competition on the advice of her doctor, leaving everyone else in the competition to dance another day.

Tony won last season – the “All-Stars” season — with then partner Melissa Rycroft.

Before the elimination, Wynonna and Tony were joined in the Bottom 2 by Andy Dick and pro Sharna Burgess.
