Dancing With The Stars Results: Departing Celeb Has A Happy Outlook On Elimination

“Dancing with the Stars” celebrated its 300th show on Thursday and even the eliminated star was in a celebratory mood.

Daytime hunk Ingo Rademacher made the judges smile while competing on Monday, but on Tuesday, he learned he won’t be delighting them in next week’s finals with pro partner, Kym Johnson.

Despite his elimination, Ingo appeared enthusiastic about watching Zendaya and Valentin Chmerkovskiy, Aly Raisman and Mark Ballas, Kellie Pickler and Derek Hough, and Jacoby Jones and Karina Smirnoff compete for the Season 16 mirrorball.

“I really want to see them battle it out because I think it’s a really close competition,” Ingo said, an unexpected remark from someone who came just one week shy of competing in the finals himself.

Ingo said he never expected to make it as far as he did in the competition, and he credited his Aussie partner for their success throughout the season.

“This has been an amazing experience because I thought I was gonna be done after like two weeks. I thought I’d go back to Hawaii and I’d come back for the Tuesday night final, but Kym has choreographed the most amazing routines and she catered them towards my two left feet and it got us this far,” Ingo said. “I’ve really gotta say it’s been an amazing experience and I’ve really got a ballroom frame now.”
