Daniel Craig: Next James Bond Movie Has ‘All The Right Ingredients’; Actor In Talks For Five More Bond Installments

Daniel Craig, star of “The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo” and the upcoming James Bond movie, “Skyfall,” tells Access Hollywood the next installment in the 007 franchise has come together perfectly.

“Everything’s in place. Sam Mendes is directing. We’ve got an amazing cast, a great script. We’ve got all the right ingredients,” he said of the upcoming 23rd Bond film, this being his third.

The actor revealed that he needed over two months to get back in Bond shape, after coming off of filming the English-language remake of “The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo,” where he gained some weight to play journalist Mikael Blomkvist.

“I’ve been filming for about six weeks now. The first 10 weeks were just getting back into shape,” he explained.

As for the secret to getting cut like 007, the actor said there’s no real mystery behind his secret agent body.

“Go to the gym and work out. There’s no secret to it. Just hard work, that’s all you can do,” he said.

And audiences might be seeing Daniel as 007 for many more movies.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the actor is in talk to star in five more installments of the franchise, which would surpass Roger Moore’s record of starring in seven movies as the iconic character.

“The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo” hits theaters on December 20.
