Danielle Fishel Stuns On Maxim Cover; Did She Date Boy Meets World Co-Star Ben Savage?

Danielle Fishel seems to be getting hotter with age!

The former “Boy Meets World” star (soon-to-be “Girl Meets World” bombshell) graces the cover of Maxim’s April issue in lingerie and opened up to the mag about her “BMW” heydays – including whether she and co-star Ben Savage were ever an off-screen item.

“No! That [dating] rumor was entirely my fault because I once said, on ‘The Tyra Banks Show,’ that Ben and I went on a date, and that turned into ‘Danielle and Ben dated,’” she explained. “We went on one date, when I was about 15, and by the time the dinner was over we realized mutually that we were more like family than lovers.”

While Ben and Danielle were not a match, the 31-year-old beauty did find her soulmate (she tutored him in math while pursuing her bachelor’s degree) and the two got engaged last year.

The actress said the first thing she noticed about her fiancé was a “Mortal Kombat” tattoo he has on his calf – an ode to the popular video game of the ‘90s.

“I’m not a huge tattoo person, but I loved it,” she said, adding that she has two tattoos – both of which she wishes she could remove.

“I would get [them] laser-removed but I’m afraid that they’ll look weird,” she said. “I have one on the back of my neck, and I have a tramp stamp.”

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, if the “Girl Meets World” pilot – which begins 10 years after the events of “Boy Meets World,” with Topanga (Danielle) and Cory (Ben Savage) married with kids – is picked up, the series could land on Disney Channel’s 2013-14 schedule.
