Denise Richards To Debut Monthly Animal Adoption Segment For Best Friends Animal Society On Access Hollywood Live

Adorable, adoptable animals, promoted and promulgated by animal-loving Hollywood celebrities, will make their debut this Friday on Access Hollywood Live.

The new, once-a-month animal adoption segment will debut with actress Denise Richards introducing Rascal, a tan-colored Chihuahua, who was rescued in the Los Angeles area but is ready for a loving home.

Denise, a longtime supporter of Utah-based Best Friends Animal Society, is an ambassador for the 26-year-old organization and often makes appearances at events in and around Los Angeles.

“Best Friends’ ongoing work toward a time when we no longer have homeless pets is something that I’m happy to help with in whatever way I can,” Denise said. “Thanks to Access Hollywood Live, this monthly animal segment will surely help us save more lives and result in many animals finding their forever home.”

The animal segments will feature an adoptable animal and enable viewers to contact Best Friends if they are interested in adoption of the particular animal on the show, or interested in adoption in their particular area of the United States.

“We are so excited to join with Denise and look forward to working with our friends at Best Friends Animal Society for this very important cause,” said Ryan Patterson, broadcast and supervising producer for Access Hollywood Live.

Tune into Access Hollywood Live on Friday (check local listings) to catch Denise’s doggy debut!
