Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen’s messy divorce is all over the media, but the story doesn’t stop!
And what about Denise’s alleged hot new romance with Heather Locklear’s soon-to-be ex, Richie Sambora?
Is the relationship even the real deal?
“They are out now,” Peter Castro, of People magazine, told us. “They’re not making any kind of bones about it, no hidden secrets. They’re a couple.”
But perhaps they should be more private, divorce lawyer Stacy Phillips told us.
“Bad move,” Stacy said. “Congratulations, it’s wonderful if you have a new relationship but be private about it. Legally, it’s irrelevant. (But) people may now question the validity of her allegations.”
“Heather and Denise Richards were very good friends,” Peter told us. “We understand now through sources, that Heather was absolutely shocked.”
The bizarre love triangle has a history.
Back in 2001, Denise did a cameo on Heather and Charlie’s “Spin City.”
In a further twist, Heather later reunited with Charlie on his CBS sitcom, “Two-and-a-Half Men” for some scintillating scenes!
“I’m sure Heather or Charlie might think this is payback of some sort,” Peter told us.
“Do you have an uphill battle?” Access’ Tony Potts asked Charlie. “Trying to prove that these things are wrong?”
“Because all this crap was an easy grab, an easy get, an easy association?” Charlie asked.
Charlie does bear the brunt of a troubling past.
Widely-known for his history of drug abuse, Charlie also has a history of physical abuse.
He even went to court in 1997 with then-girlfriend Brittany Ashland over reportedly smashing her face into the floor.
Sheen pleaded no contest and told the judge he was “just ready to go home.”
As for Denise’s allegations of paranoia related to 911, Charlie addressed the issue last month on the Alex Jones radio show.
“It seems to me, like, 19 amateurs with box cutters taking over four commercial airliners and hitting 75 percent of their targets — that feels like a conspiracy theory,” said Charlie, on the show.
“You want the truth. I’m giving you the freakin’ truth.”
And while Charlie exuded confidence when we interviewed him, Stacy told us Denise’s claims carry a lot of clout.
“That they were very substantive, very graphic, very detailed,” Stacy told us. “If she is making it up, not only is it perjury, but the court will swing the other way and give the kids to Charlie.”
