“Drop Dead Diva” is getting a new guardian angel.
Justin Deeley, formerly of “90210,” will play Jane’s new heavenly guide on earth, it was announced on the Drop Dead Diva Facebook page on Tuesday.
Justin previously played Austin Tallridge on The CW’s “90210.”

He will be Jane’s third guardian angel.
Ben Feldman, who now stars on “Mad Men,” played Jane’s first guardian angel — Fred. Carter MacIntyre played Luke, Jane’s second heavenly helper, last season.
“DDD” is currently filming its fifth season in Atlanta, Ga.
Update: On Thursday, Lifetime revealed that Season 5, which will consist of 13 episodes, will premiere on June 23 at 9 PM ET/PT.
