Elisabeth Hasselbeck is pregnant.
Elisabeth confirmed the news that she and her husband, former NFL quarterback Tim Hasselbeck, are expecting their third child on Thursday’s “The View.”
“We are thankful for such great news and will begin planning our zone defense strategy immediately,” Elisabeth said.
While talking about the anonymous family in Southern California, who welcomed eight babies earlier this week during “The View’s” hot topics segment, Elisabeth admitted her own pregnancy came as a surprise.
“This time… we were shocked that we got pregnant,” she said. “But the first two times, it was difficult for me to get pregnant.”
“The View” panelist is already a proud mom to 15-month-old Taylor Thomas and 3-year-old Grace Elisabeth.
Elisabeth is due in August.
