Will Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone share a kiss in the leagues of Tobey Maguire and Kirsten Dunst’s iconic upside-down in the rain smooch in the upcoming “The Amazing Spider-Man”?
“Oh there is romance,” she told Access Hollywood of the Marc Webb-directed superhero reboot at the “Crazy, Stupid, Love.” junket. “Yes, absolutely. Absolutely.”
But will the onscreen pair share a kiss that goes down in the fanboy hall of fame of kisses?
“Umm,” Emma said, hesitating to not give away any spoilers.
The actress beamed when asked if it was fun to lock lips with co-star Andrew.
“Of course,” she said with a smile. “Oh, he’s going to be a great Spider-Man, I’m so excited, I can’t wait to see [the movie.]”
With “Spider-Man” coming next summer and three movies hitting theaters this summer – “Friends With Benefits,” ‘“Crazy, Stupid, Love.” and “The Help” – the 22-year-old star is taking her success in stride.
“I try not to have any expectations of anything,” she explained. “I always try to be as present as possible. My mom always taught me growing up to cross that bridge as you come to it, so I’m not expecting anything, I’ll just see how it goes.”
