Entourage Movie: Stars & Creator Say It’s ‘A Go’

Vinnie, Drama, Eric, Turtle, Ari and “LLOYD!” are coming back!

After months of speculation, rumors of actors holding out for more money and a few online barbs, a big screen version of “Entourage” is finally moving forward.

“I am proud to announce the #Entourage movie is officially a GO! Have to thank @wbpictures and @HBO for all the support to make this happen!,” actor Jerry Ferrara, who played Turtle on the HBO series, Tweeted on Monday night.

Adding in another Tweet, “On behalf of the 4 guys I wanna also thank the #entourage fans for the patience. The BOYS are BACK. ‘it always works out’”

Series creator Doug Ellin Tweeted, “It’s a go. love you all.”

Adrian Grenier, who played series star Vinnie Chase – the epicenter of the series about a group a friends in Hollywood – Tweeted, “Break out the license cause we’re full speed ahead.”

Earlier this week during an appearance on “The Wendy Williams Show,” Jerry said they hope to begin production in January on the big screen version of the HBO series that ran for eight seasons from 2004 to 2011.
