Lilly Singh, better known by her YouTube username “Superwoman,” is building out her acting resume with Disney Channel’s new tween series, “Bizaardvark.”
Following the success of Lilly’s 2016 documentary “A Trip to Unicorn Island,” which chronicles her world tour, the popular Canadian-born YouTube personality and comedian (who has over 9 million YouTube subscribers) recently filmed a guest star role on the Disney Channel series.
The show features two 13-year-old best friends and comedy vloggers Paige (Olivia Rodrigo) and Frankie (Madison Hu), who write songs and create music videos for their online channel named Bizaardvark. The show which also features music on occasion hopes to mimic part of Disney Channel’s past success with the music-based series “Hannah Montana” which launched Miley Cyrus into superstardom.

The comedian will play herself in an upcoming episode, which finds Frankie hoping to surprise Paige with the ultimate guest at her birthday party – “Superwoman” herself, Lilly. Access Hollywood can exclusively report that Lilly taped her guest-star appearance in Los Angeles on July 15, but her episode air date has yet to be announced.
Lilly is the most recent social media star set to appear on the new Disney Channel series. Previously announced guest stars include YouTube lifestyle gurus Meredith Foster and Alisha Maria, Vine sensation – and brother of “Bizaardvark” series star Jake Paul – Logan Paul (also of Freeform’s “Stitchers”), JoJo Siwa (“Dance Moms”), Grumpy Cat, Calum Worthy, and Instagram sensation JiffPom.
“Bizaardvark” airs Sundays at 8:30 PM ET/PT on Disney Channel.
