Former ‘Bachelor’ Chris Soules Arrested, Charged With Leaving The Scene Of An Accident Where There Was A Death (Updated)

Former “Bachelor” star Chris Soules has been arrested
after allegedly leaving the scene of an accident where there was a fatality,
Access Hollywood has confirmed.

According to the complaint from the Iowa
District Court for Buchanan County, which Access Hollywood has obtained, Soules was arrested on Tuesday, April 25, following an
incident in the 1000 block of Slater Ave. in Aurora, Iowa. The incident took
place on April 24 at 8:22 PM, per the complaint.

Soules was driving his
pickup southbound on Slater Ave., when he allegedly rear-ended a tractor being
driven by Kenneth Mosher, 66, of Aurora, per a release from the Buchanan County
Sheriff’s Office. Both the tractor and truck went into a ditch, per the
release. Mosher was taken to a nearby hospital, where authorities say he was
pronounced dead. The BCSO claims the reality star left the scene before they
arrived.
