Game Of Thrones’ Stark Stars Sophie Turner, Maisie Williams & Isaac Hempstead-Wright Preview Season 4

“Game of Thrones” Season 4 premieres in April and Sophie Turner is predicting big things.

“I’m so excited,” the young actress (who plays Sansa Stark) told Access Hollywood at the Entertainment Weekly pre-SAG Awards party at the Chateau Marmont on Friday night.

“I think it’s the best season yet. I think it’s honestly going to be amazing,” she added.

But, Sophie wasn’t ready to fill anyone in on why her Westerosi husband, Tyrion Lannister (Peter Dinklage), was wearing handcuffs in the Season 4 trailer.

“I can’t possibly comment about that,” she told Access. “I think it’s just a nice little bracelet he’s got going on. It’s a nice accessory.”

Sophie attended the EW party with her Stark family co-stars — Maisie Williams, who plays Arya Stark, and Isaac Hempstead-Wright, who plays Bran Stark.

With the Stark family continuing to be separated on the drama by war, rivalries, distance, and disguises, each member of “Game of Thrones’” first family has their own storyline. And, the recently released trailer showed Bran appearing to be in some sort of trance in front of a tree.

“Bran is sort of exploring a mystical element to his storyline and trees are quite heavily involved in that,” Isaac shared with Access as his Season 4 tease. “That’s all I’ll say.”

As for Arya, she suffered a heartbreaking end to Season 3, as she came so close to being reunited with her brother and mother. But, as The Red Wedding and its ensuing carnage rolled across the fields surrounding Lord Walder Frey’s ancestral home (The Twins), The Hound (Rory McCann) held Arya close and took her away from the scene.

Maisie hinted that the relationship between the two is good when Season 4 begins.

“I think Arya kind of finds a small place in the Hound’s heart that she actually kind of likes him,” the actress told Access. “She’s kind of getting there I think. … They’ve got an uneasy relationship. So, she’s safe, I think, for now… But we’ll see what happens.”

“Game of Thrones” Season 4 premieres April 6 at 9 PM ET/PT on HBO.
