Gisele Bündchen Instagrams Her Olympics Opening Ceremony Runway Walk

Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bünchen posted her Olympics Opening Ceremony runway walk on Instagram.

The model came out of runway retirement to support the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, strutting across the Maracanã Stadium in front of nearly 80,000 spectators sequined gold dress designed by fellow Brazilian Alexandre Herchcovitch to the tune of “The Girl from Ipanema.”

She posted her momentous walk on Instagram with the caption, “Energia indescritível! #eternamentegrata #forevergrateful,” which means “indescribable energy.”

Earlier Saturday morning, Gisele posted on another Instagram proclaiming, “It was very exciting to be part of this special moment. Everyone involved worked with dedication and passion to create a show that gave the world a glimpse of our history and Brazil’s essence. It was beautifully presented. Our Brazilian community is hard working, cheerful, and welcoming. I believe that we showed the world the beauty of our diversity. #gratitude #riocidademaravilhosa #rio2016”
