Glam Slam: Coast To Coast Celeb Style

Whatta night for fashion watchers with loads of style sightings last night!

At the 18th Annual ELLE Women in Hollywood event, honoree and November cover girl Jennifer Aniston traded in her usual black for a flashier (for her!) metallic mini.

She looked healthy and toned in her plunging Kaufman Franco dress that showed off both her décolletage and her legs. She finished the look with Balenciaga strappy heels, Fred Leighton jewelry and a Salvatore Ferragamo clutch. She kept her trademark locks loose and natural looking.

Jen was presented with her award by Reese Witherspoon, whom you may remember, played her sister on “Friends.”

Reese looked lovely as always in a black pantsuit with peek-a-boo lace detailing. Katherine Heigl in Amanda Wakeley, Robin Wright and Nicole Richie also went with black, as did an elegant Michelle Pfeiffer, who looks absolutely amazing and ageless. Is she really 53 years old? How can that be?

Honoree Freida Pinto went with a sleek white Calvin Klein sheath and slicked back hair. Viola Davis was chic in steel gray and Barbra Streisand did black pants with a long burgundy velvet jacket — both were also honored and given standing ovations. Click here for a photo gallery from the event.

Over on the East Coast, a very skinny Demi Moore was a lady in red Zac Posen at the New York premiere of her film “Margin Call.” She accessorized her taffeta red leopard dress with killer black Brian Atwood velvet pumps, Neil Lane jewels and her wedding ring.

Also in New York — Kim Kardashian hitting the red carpet for the 2011 Angel Ball. To be honest, I’m not loving Kim’s black and white gown. One of the guys in my office referred to it as “Kim’s drapes.” I also didn’t love her severe updo, which I found unflattering. A rare misfire for the normally stylish star.
