Besides being rich, beautiful and famous, Jessica Simpson, Jennifer Lopez, Michelle Williams and Renee Zellweger have one other thing or should I say person in common… Celebrity hair colorist Rita Hazan!
Rita quite obviously has the Midas Touch when it comes to creating the perfect golden hue. (She isn’t too bad at creating beautiful redheads and brunettes either!) To achieve great color, whether you’re going for red, brown or blonde, Rita says to “ask your stylist for a multidimensional look… three different colors, but all in the same family, so the colors match.” Go for subtle highlights, not chunky and not too fine, you want “noticeable but natural”.

WHAT IS THE HOTTEST COLOR?
Right now blonde is the hottest color. It’s bright, happy and makes women feel youthful and sexy.
WHAT KIND OF BLONDE IS BIG NOW?
Natural golden blonde, tone on tone color. Not stripy, but multidimensional.
TO GET JESSICA SIMPSON’S LOOK:
Ask your colorist for a golden blonde base with baby blonde highlights. Take a picture with you so you don’t end up with orange hair or too pale. You want it to have a few different blonde tones, ranging from toffee to pale baby blonde.
TO GET JENNIFER LOPEZ’S LOOK:
She has chocolate brown with caramel/honey highlights. She has a rich beige, which means warm. She also has a few accent highlights.
