Tailored details such as structured fabrics, cinched waists and well-placed seams help you work what you’ve got. Steer clear of flimsy fabrics and pieces that are very low-cut or expose too much skin. Stick to sleek silhouettes, as ultra loose cuts or chunky knits can add bulk.

Finding your perfect fit is important — clothes that are too tight or loose will make you look bigger. Visit a tailor to get your best fit. Using color strategically will help you to focus attention where you want it and play up your fave assets. Also, avoid too much texture in the bust and hip area if those are trouble spots for you. Remember, heels will always elongate your body so add them to your looks for an extra boost.
