Get ready to shop… September 6 is the 4th Annual Fashion’s Night Out. Last year 18 countries participated and here in the U.S. there were more than 4,500 events! Go to www.fashionsnightout.com for info about events in your area. And the Spring 2013 collections will be shown at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in New York, which kicks off September 5 and runs through the 13.

RED CARPET FASHION
The MTV VMAs are September 6 — whoo hoo! Kevin Hart hosts and Rihanna and Taylor Swift are performing, but what I can’t wait to see is what the ladies wear!

STAR DESIGNERS
Nicole Richie expands her fashion empire with her brand new line for Macys. “Nicole Richie for Impulse” features some of the celeb’s signature styles like flowy boho dresses. Prices range from $49 – 149 at Macys. On September 6, she also returns to QVC with The Nicole Richie Collection, which is very print driven and includes blouses and maxi skirts. And Jennifer Hudson has also designed a line for QVC including dresses, pants, and coats. Everything is less than $200. TRUE “BLUE” SCENT
Beloved brand Crabtree & Evelyn introduces a new scent collection this month, “Himalayan Blue.” The fragrance is a blend of smoked black tea, warm ginger and spices, patchouli and exotic woods. TARGET STRIKES AGAIN!
How much do I love the Kirna Zabete collaboration with Target? Cool jackets, dresses and one print sweater, in particular, that I have my eye on! The hip New York boutique is featured as part of “The Shops At Target,” four collections that will be available September 9 through October 20. Other collections include, Patch NYC, The Curiosity Shoppe and Odin menswear.
