Golden Sister Teresa Still Getting Money From Shia LaBeouf

It pays to discover young talent – especially for “Golden Sisters” star Teresa, who was Shia LaBeouf’s agent.

During her visit to Access Hollywood Live on Wednesday, Teresa – who appeared with older sister Mary and twin sister Joise – explained how Shia came into her life.

“I discovered him when he was 11,” Teresa told Billy Bush and Kit Hoover. “He called me on the phone at 7:30 in the morning and said, ‘I need an agent!’ He found me in the yellow pages.”

Teresa could see that the future “Transformers” franchise star had the goods and booked Shia a big gig.

“I saw right away that he was unbelievable,” she explained. “‘Even Stevens’ on the Disney Channel, I got him that.”

After Shia’s career took off, he moved on to different management, but he made sure Teresa would still reap the benefits of helping to launch his career.

“Then the bigger agents were after him,” Teresa told Billy and Kit, explaining that she still gets money from the actor. “He kept me receiving a certain percentage.”

The “Golden Sisters” debuts on June 1 at 10 PM on OWN.
