‘Gotham’: David Mazouz Cast As Bruce Wayne

Meet your preteen Bruce Wayne!

David Mazouz, 13, has landed the role of Bruce Wayne on “Gotham.”

The young star will play the iconic character as he copes with the death of his parents, with the help of Alfred Pennyworth (Sean Pertwee) and Detective James Gordon (Ben McKenzie), Warner Bros. announced on Tuesday.

The series tells the story of Commissioner James Gordon and will feature the boy – described as “serious and soulful” – who becomes Batman. But, fans won’t necessarily see David suit up in the cape and cowl… though we’d love to see a few flash-forwards at some point!

David was previously seen on “Touch” with Kiefer Sutherland.

Camren Bicondova has been cast in the role Selina Kyle (who eventually becomes Catwoman).

“Gotham” will air on Fox.
