Grumpy Cat Begrudgingly Throws Out First Pitch At Diamondbacks Game (Watch)

Baseball may be America’s pastime, but Grumpy Cat is not impressed with the scene.

The famous feline threw out (sort of) the first pitch at the Diamondbacks vs. Giants game at Chase Field in Phoenix on Monday and looked hilariously miserable on the mound.

Held by her owner, the cat – an Arizona native – sported a red Diamondbacks jersey and stared blankly at the crowd.

Despite Grumpy’s apparent disinterest in the sport, the announcer deemed her pitch as (wait for it… wait for it…) “Purrrrrfect.”

Prior to throwing her first pitch, Grumpy begrudgingly spent time with the D-Backs mascot, Baxter.

Grumpy’s boredom still managed to bring good luck to her home team – the D-backs beat the Giants 6-1.
