Marvel’s “Guardians of the Galaxy” released a new trailer filled with plenty of action and more clues about the highly anticipated Marvel space adventure.
Chris Pratt as Star Lord/Peter Quill, Dave Bautista as Drax the Destroyer, Zoe Saldana as Gamora, Vin Diesel as Groot and Bradley Cooper as Rocket are featured in the trailer, which delves into how the ragtag group of criminals came together and what they’re fighting for.
Highlights include: Groot delivering his only line of dialogue, Rocket adjusting his raccoon junk (yes, that happened!) Gamora kicking plenty of alien butt and a hefty serving of a shirtless Star Lord!

The movie also stars Lee Pace as Ronan the Accuser, Michael Rooker as Yondu, Djimon Hounsou as Korath the Pursuer, with John C. Reilly as Rhomann Dey, Glenn Close as Nova Prime Rael and Benicio Del Toro as The Collector.
“Guardians of the Galaxy” is set to blast into theaters on August 1, 2014.
