Gwyneth Paltrow Dishes On Golden Globe Snub & ‘Glee’ Return

Gwyneth Paltrow failed to get a congratulatory Golden Globe call on Tuesday morning, but the actress is taking it all in stride.

Access Hollywood caught up with Gwyneth – who looked stunning in a form-fitting white Emilio Pucci gown – at the Los Angeles “Country Strong” premiere on Tuesday night where she dished on what many are calling a Golden Globe snub.

“You know, it’s just one of those [things]… you know, what are you going to do?” she told Access. “It’s like you can’t control the way things go.”

The 38-year-old star, who not only acts, but also sings in her new movie, thinks the movie might have been mislabeled when submitted to the competition.

“I think that they put the movie in the drama category instead of the musical category, so I guess it was just… you know. It was a good year for lots of people,” she continued.

She might have been passed over by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, but her “Glee” friends were not and Gwyneth couldn’t be happier about their nominations.

”[I’m] very excited, it’s a great show and a great group of people and they deserve it,” the actress, who will reprise her role as Holly Holliday on the FOX series, told Access.

“I don’t know [when I return to ‘Glee’], but I would imagine in the spring at some point,” Gwyneth added.
