Harrison Ford On Returning To Star Wars: ‘I Won’t Say It’

Despite rumors and rampant fan speculation that Harrison Ford will return in the upcoming “Star Wars: Episode VII” the actor played it coy when Access Hollywood caught up with him at Comic-Con 2013 in San Diego.

“How does it feel after 30 years – after you wanted Han Solo to die in ‘Return of the Jedi’ – to be playing him again?” Access’ Scott Mantz asked the 71-year-old actor on Thursday, who was on hand to promote “Ender’s Game.”

“Um, uh, uh, hmm,” Harrison mumbled, stopping himself from either confirming or denying Han Solo’s return in the J.J. Abrams-directed “Episode VII.”

“Say it!” Mantz pressed.

“No… I mean, I won’t say it,” the actor continued.

Harrison was equally evasive about the idea of another “Indiana Jones” movie or a sequel to “Blade Runner.”

As for “Ender’s Game” and appearing at Comic-Con for a second time, the actor was excited to be in the midst of all the fanboys and fangirls.

“I’m glad to be here with a movie that I think is a really good, good movie,” he told Access. “It was a fun experience for me to be involved in it. I like the work that other people did and I’m pleased to be here.”

“Star Wars: Episode VII” is slated for release in 2015. “Ender’s Game,” with Abigail Breslin and Hailee Steinfeld, hits theaters November 13.
