Has Demi Moore Checked Into Utah Rehab?

Demi Moore has checked into a rehab facility, according to a new report on Saturday.

According to E! News, the actress — who was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital on January 23 after suffering seizure-like symptoms -– has checked into the Cirque Lodge addiction treatment center in Sundance, Utah.

“She’s on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people,” a rehab source reportedly told E!, adding that Demi is allegedly being treated for addiction issues, as well as an eating disorder.

The mother of three reportedly headed to the mountain retreat soon after her hospitalization, according to E!.

“It became clear to her that her way of coping with her stress was not working and she needed more help,” the source reportedly added.

The Utah Lodge has treated a number of celebrities in the past, including Eva Mendes, Lindsay Lohan and Mary-Kate Olsen.

When contacted by Access Hollywood regarding the rehab report on Saturday, a rep for Demi had no comment beyond her original statement, which was released following the actress’ initial hospitalization.

“Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health,” the rep said in a statement released to Access on January 24. “She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends.”
