Hayden Panettiere: ‘I’m Going To Be One Of Those Boring Girls’

She may be an acquaintance of Paris Hilton, but “Heroes” star Hayden Panettiere plans to follow a more “boring” path in Hollywood than her peers.

“You can’t schedule rehab for me. And I don’t think you can schedule any DUIs,” Hayden told GQ. “I think I’m going to be one of those boring girls.”

Though she may be a good girl, the starlet, who poses in her bra and panties in the December GQ issue, told the magazine that being an object of obsession by tabloid snappers has taken its toll.

“This business tends to turn your life upside down. For some strange reason I’ve become one of the targets of the paparazzi. Things get crazy,” she said. “You try and hold on to that little part of normal that you can.”

One of the things Hayden isn’t holding on to is Milo Ventimiglia. In fact, the 18-year old told the magazine she is definitely single and not involved with her 30-year old co-star.

“No, I’m not,” she said when asked about the rumored romance. “I love my castmates and I adore Milo. He’s awesome, but we’re easy targets. We’re both young and he’s one of the only people on the show not married with children.”

And Hayden isn’t just defending her single status. In the article, the teen says she feels for Britney Spears and the life the pop star leads under the glare of the spotlight.

“Britney Spears … that girl was the epitome of beauty when I was younger. And we built her up and just ripped her down, put every aspect of her life under a microscope,” Hayden said. “She’s someone that I’m rooting for and I hope she can make that comeback.”
