Dominic Cooper returns to ABC’s “Agent Carter” on Tuesday night, and series star Hayley Atwell promised the Marvel show is about to change.
“It’s a really exciting episode,” she told Access Hollywood.
“You kind of assume that it would be a case of the week, finding a different weapon and by the end of it we’ve got all the weapons back and it’s fine, but because by Episode 3 we found everything, now it takes on a completely different turn and this is when the season really begins,” she added.

Tuesday’s episode will see Dominic as his “Captain America” character again – Howard Stark (Tony Stark’s dad) – as he continues to fight for his reputation after being accused of treason. It’s Hayley’s Agent Peggy Carter who has been doing the dirty work behind the scenes, with the assistance of butler Edwin Jarvis (James D’Arcy), in aid of Howard.
James, who is starring in the UK’s “Broadchurch” Season 2 in addition to his ABC Marvel series, said fans who come up to him want to know very little about what’s next.

“I think that mostly people don’t want to know. I did a different show in England… which is a big whodunit and people really do want to know, but then, when they realized I was a part of it, they stopped asking it,” James said. “If you look like you’re about to answer it, people freak. They go, ‘Tell me what happens.’ And if you just take a breath, they go ‘Ahhhh! I want to watch it. I want to watch it on Tuesday.'”
“Agent Carter” continues Tuesday at 8/7c on ABC.
