Healthy Hollywood: Fab Food Friday – Chill With Healthy Cocktails!

TGIF! It’s Friday (aka party time)! The end of the work week is the perfect time to chill with friends and have a cocktail or two. And, remember drinks can be healthy too. Instead of the same-old beer or glass of wine, mix it up with a major shot of antioxidants.

Healthy Hollywood recently stumbled upon some awesome cocktail recipes made with POM Wonderful 100% Pomegrante juice.

Celebrities like Audrina Patridge, Ice-T, and Aubrey O’Day are all fans of this super juice.

POM Wonderful shared with Healthy Hollywood a few celebratory recipes.

POMtini

Ingredients:

1oz. POM Wonderful

1.5 oz. vodka

.5 oz. sour mix, or .5 oz. freshly squeezed lim

.5 oz. simple syrup (equal parts sugar and cold water dissolved together)

Ice cubes

Assemble all the ingredients in bar or mixing glass. Shake well with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with spiraled orange rind.

POM Lola

Ingredients:

1.25 oz. POM Wonderful

1 oz. vodka

1 tsp. Elderflower Liqueur

2 oz. champagne

Stir all the ingredients over ice to chilled, and strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a food-grade rose-petal or other edible flower.
