Fergie is in fabulous shape. The Black Eyed Peas singer, 36, has the most incredibly toned legs - you can’t help but be a little jealous!
Healthy Hollywood caught up with the singer at the launch of the spring collection of her Fergie Footwear at New York’s Macy’s. She wore a black mini, which showed off her great shape.
“My legs are really my lucky part, you know I can thank my mom and dad for that. They’re just a part that doesn’t really change, but of the rest of it does, you know, from the thighs up.”
No matter how busy her life gets, Fergie is committed to making exercise a priority. She even told Healthy Hollywood she worked out right before her Macy’s event, adding, “I ran three miles today and I did 1,000 jump ropes.”
Fergie and her husband, actor Josh Duhamel, are both big runners and often hit the pavement together. Besides running, Fergie is also a fan of the popular toning regimen, The Tracy Anderson Method.
“I like to mix it up. I like to go hiking. I do the treadmill. I do jump roping. I do cardio resistance, I do The Tracy Anderson Method, if I get the guts.” She also works with a personal trainer. “He kind of works with my mood, you know, because I don’t like to be told what to do and be bossed around… if I’m energetic to do something he lets me go for it, because he knows I’m going to give 110 percent.”
Fergie also realizes exercise does a body and mind good. “If I don’t workout my whole self-confidence goes down… it’s a big deal for me, it’s you know, it’s a lifer working out. It’s a lifetime partner for me.”
