It’s D-day for Tax Day. Right now, millions of Americans are scrambling to file their income tax return on time. “Glee” actress Jane Lynch is motivated to help folks get to the post office.
Jane has teamed up with belVita Breakfast Biscuits to help deliver steady energy to those tax slackers who are having trouble getting the job done. Jane, who is a paid spokesperson for belVita, is hitting the streets of Los Angeles to share remarks and of course biscuits to get taxpayers through the morning.
“I have so much respect for the ambassadors of the a.m., the conquistadors of the cock-a-doodle-doo, the daredevils of daybreak who get up every day to conquer the morning,” reveals Lynch. “I know how hard it can be to get your keister up and moving, especially on a day like Tax Day, and that’s why I’m teaming up with belVita Breakfast Biscuits to bring steady energy and inspiration.”
Lynch’s first stop this morning was a LA-based spinning studio. She also delivered a delicious breakfast to taxpayers trying to meet the postmark deadline, and later this morning, she will lead one final motivational rally at a pop-up yoga class at The Grove in Beverly Hills.
Apparently, these healthy biscuits provide a nutritious sustained energy and will help fuel your body throughout the morning. Remember, most folks need a good jumpstart in the morning and breakfast is the perfect way to improve nutrition in diet, improve concentration and has a positive impact on managing body weight. Yet, less than half of Americans report eating breakfast every day.
BelVita folks suggest enjoying these biscuits with a serving of low-fat dairy and fruit. And, remember breakfast is an awesome way to start each and every day – not just Tax Day.
For those of us who can’t meet Jane in person, “The Glee” actress has put together a humorous web series on belVita’s Facebook page and will give away 5,000 coupons for free boxes of belVita to fans of the bread.
