Healthy Hollywood: Get Movin’ Monday – The Fittest Guys On The Planet!

Here’s an eye candy treat for all the ladies. From chiseled abs to toned tushes to perfect pecs, Healthy Hollywood has lined up an incredible body of work.

The June/July issue of “Men’s Fitness” celebrates the 25 most hard-bodied guys on earth. The magazine’s editors scanned athletic fields, the big screen and even the boardroom to round up their list of the fittest men. Here’s a peek at 10 of the men the magazine thinks are at the top of their game.

…AND THE HONORS GO TO:

Bradley Cooper
The Leading Man, 36
“The Hangover” star is not only sexy, he’s single. The actor recently split with Renee Zellweger, but he certainly didn’t put on any post-breakup pounds. Bradley looks hotter than ever! The actor stays fit with an hour long workout that combines strength training, cardio, and core-building. He’s also conscious of his diet. There’s no salt or sugar on his plate.

David Beckham
The Fit Footballer, 36
This soccer stud is certainly one reason for women to tune in to the game. Besides his outstanding skills, David is also famous for taking off his shirt on the field – much to the delight of his female fans. However, David is taken. He’s married to Victoria Beckham and they’re expecting their fourth child. Alas, women can only fantasize about this fit footballer.

Jeremy Renner
The Contender, 40
This Hollywood hunk seems to gravitate towards the tough guy roles. “The Hurt Locker” and “The Town” earned him back-to-back Oscar nods. Next, he’ll be pulling out the big guns again in the upcoming “Mission: Impossible” sequel. To prepare for the role, Jeremy reveals to “Men’s Fitness,” “I’m doing hand-to-hand combat, Muay Thai, and kung fu and learning how to take someone out quickly.”

LeBron James
The MVP, 26
This hoops star knows how to court attention. He’s the youngest player in NBA history to reach 17,000 points. The Miami Heat all-star is a force both on and off the basketball court. Heat strength coach Bill Foran reveals to “Men’s Fitness,” LeBron is “a beast in the gym” and his workout ethic sets a good example for the younger players.

Liam Neeson
The Tough Guy, 59
The Irish actor isn’t one to let age get in the way of taking on physical roles. The actor starred in heart-pumping action flicks such as “Batman Begins” and “The A-Team.” Neeson credits his background as a boxer for his ability to keep up with guys half his age. “There’s a discipline to getting up at 6, working 17 hours, and coming home to work out,” he says.

Chris Evans
The Action Hero, 30
This hunky actor is sure to be Hollywood’s next big action hero with his upcoming role in “Captain America.” To prep for his part, Evans is working with a personal trainer to build bigger biceps and tone his abs. He’s completely transformed his body from lean to the pumped up frame of Marvel Comics’ super solider.

Kellan Lutz
The Greek God, 26
The “Twilight” star made women swoon as the bad boy blood-sucker. Kellan endured six weeks of jiu-jitsu, kung fu, and boxing to get in prime fighting vampire shape. Next up, the actor stars as Poseidon in “Immortals.” Lutz relies on body-weight circuits, hiking, swimming and eating small meals throughout the day to get in Greek God shape.

Dr. Dre
The Hip-Hop Pioneer, 46
Over the past few years, the rap icon has worked hard to transform his body. Dre hit the weights hard and has sculpted a body of pure muscle. His long-awaited album “Detox” will be released later this year and now the superstar can boast about his beats and his bod.

Chris Pine
The Captain, 30
Chris shot to superstardom as Captain Kirk in the revived “Star Trek” franchise. Next up, he’s been tapped to be the new Jack Ryan (a role previously played by Alec Baldwin and Harrison Ford). Thankfully, Pine loves to keep fit. “I enjoy working out, boxing, playing basketball–and, of course, athletic sitting and competitive television watching,” Chris tells “Men’s Fitness.”

Henry Cavill
The Superstar, 28
Ladies, you may not know his name, but you will soon know his stats and also lust for his incredible physique. “The Tudors” star is on board to play Superman. Besides his acting skills, the actor reportedly snagged the role because he looked absolutely incredible in superhero spandex. “Henry put it on, and he exuded this crazy-calm confidence that made me go, ‘Wow. Ok, this is Superman,’” director Zack Snyder has said of his leading man.
