Healthy Hollywood: Wellness Wednesday – Kissable Lips For New Year’s!

Get ready to pucker up! New Year’s Eve is just two days away. Reality stars Bill and Giuliana Rancic, who will host Nivea’s annual New Year’s Eve bash in Times Square, share with Healthy Hollywood their insight (and experience) on kissing.

Question: What makes a good kiss?

Answer:
(Giuliana & Bill) You got to have passion and of course being with someone you love makes a great first kiss. A good kiss is never rushed – savor the moment, especially when it’s the first kiss after spending time apart from one another, which we are accustomed to.

Question: What was each other’s reaction to your first kiss?

Answer:
(Giuliana) It was the best I ever had – fireworks were going off in my head and I knew that Bill was the one.

(Bill) After our first kiss, I knew she was the one and this relationship was going to happen. Words can’t describe it. It’s a feeling you have and from that point on, I knew Giuliana was a keeper.

Question: What are turn-ons & turn-offs of kissing?

Answer:
(Giuliana & Bill) Bad breath. If you don’t know if you have bad breath, ask your friends! A too aggressive kiss is also a turn-off, as is chapped lips. Bill always keeps his lips hydrated with Nivea Lip Care because he knows I can’t stand it.

Question: Best remedy for chapped lips?

Answer:
(Giuliana) Gently rub a warm washcloth over your lips in the shower a few times a week to help get rid of chapped lips.

(Bill) Leave your Lip Care on the nightstand so it becomes a routine to put on before bed – the best time to moisturize.

Question: Best tip to keep lipstick lasting all night on New Year’s Eve?

Answer:
(Giuliana) Lip Care first, followed by lip liner all over to coat entire lip with your favorite pencil. Next, apply a coat of lipstick then blot and finish with an application of gloss in the center of lip for the perfect pout.

Bill and Giuliana, along with Nivea, will unite hundreds of thousands of people in Times Square for one of the most memorable kisses as the clock strikes midnight.
