Heidi Montag Calls Cops On Mom; Wants Restraining Order

“The Hills” reality starlet Heidi Montag has taken the drama from the small screen into her Los Angeles home.

Montag called the police when her mom, Darlene Egelhoff, showed up at the star’s Hollywood home unexpectedly on Thursday, Access Hollywood has confirmed.

“My mom showed up unannounced to my house when she knows I have no interest in seeing or talking with her,” Montag told Access.

A Los Angeles Police Department spokesperson confirmed that Egelhoff was turned away from Montag’s home Thursday, according to People.

Officers arrived on the scene and advised the mother that Montag did not have to speak to her if she didn’t want to, Los Angeles Police Department Sgt. Leffew informed People. Then, Egelhoff left the premises.

Los Angeles Police Department did not issue any citations or arrests, according to People, but Montag is taking the incident further saying she wants a restraining order.

“I’m sick to my stomach she would even do something like this,” Montag told Access. “She needs to stay away from me. I’m planning on getting a restraining order against her.”

After a public dispute with Egelhoff upon returning home for the first time since surgery on this season of MTV’s “The Hills,” Montag says she wants nothing to do with her mom right now.

“She tore my heart out on national television,” she said. “She is just trying to create drama in my life.”

People magazine was unable to reach Egelhoff for comment on the story.
