Heidi Pratt Talks Lauren Conrad, Sex With Spencer & Her ‘Surgical Quest’

Heidi Pratt may not quite reveal everything in her Playboy centerfold spread, but “The Hills” star sure had a lot to say in an interview with husband Spencer in the mag’s September issue.

“You know, I was never very sexual before I met you, Spencer,” she explained. “I knew what sex was, but when I met you I entered into a whole new realm of understanding, from fantasy to love. Or to experience a day with 20 or 30 orgasms. Before you, sex was just something that happened. Now it’s something I look forward to every minute of the day.”

In the interview, the couple admitted they joined the Mile High Club this past New Year’s Eve, and Heidi referred to their cruising altitude tryst as “the best experience I’ve ever had in my entire life.”

“I feel sorry for couples who aren’t as sexually satisfied as we are,” she added.

While Heidi seems to be enjoying married life, Spencer admitted the couple ran into difficulties during their brief stint on “I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!,” where lack of private time was a problem.

“There was no place we could go to get our jungle love on,” he said.

Though the two reality stars have taken criticism for their press-loving ways, Heidi said she’s the same on camera as off.

“I have cameras on me 24/7 and I love it. I want it,” she said. “I can’t help being who I am. I laugh so hard when I read, “Oh, they’re the fakest couple on the planet.’ If we were fake, that would have been exposed by now, don’t you think?”

She also attacked women who aren’t fans.

“As for other women, if they aren’t hating on you, then you’re not doing anything right,” she said. “If women aren’t jealous of you, talking about you and cutting you down, then you’re the nerd, and I would never want to be that.”

While Heidi loves being on “The Hills,” there are some moments of the show that she’d get rid of – and possibly people, too.

“Like when you apologized to Lauren Conrad for the sex-tape rumors so she would come to the wedding, when we know for a fact that she did have a sex tape,” she said to Spencer. “It’s not just about Lauren, because she’s not even on the show this season. Which is fine with me.”

Lauren previously denied the existence of such a tape. Earlier this year, in an interview with the ladies of “The View,” the former “Hills” star further claimed that the apology scene shown on “The Hills” was faked and she was not on the other end of Spencer’s call.

“I was lying about being apologetic,” Spencer said. “And I hate lying. Yes, I facilitated that rumor, but it was true. Lauren was acting like she was little miss perfect goody two-shoes while [ex] Jason Wahler was trying to shop the tape. That tape exists!”

However, Heidi said she’d never make a sex tape of her own.

“I’ve never watched porn in my life,” she said. “I’m not going to start making it.”

Still, the star admitted she’s done what she can to look her best.

“When I was shopping for my boobs, I wanted the best, so I sat down and flipped through a bunch of Playboys,” she said of her past plastic surgery procedures, which also included a nose job. “I’m sure as I get older I’ll need some touch-ups. I’m definitely not done with my surgical quest. I think I want to go bigger on my boobs for [Spencer].”

And what do her Christian parents think of all this?

“I haven’t told my dad yet,” Heidi said of the Playboy spread. “They’re a little behind the times where he lives in Colorado, but he’ll find out eventually.”
