It’s a Tinder-ella Story for Hilary Duff!
The actress, who filed for divorce from Mike Comrie in February, has confirmed she’s entered the land of dating apps.
“It’s totally me on Tinder,” the actress told Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS FM radio morning show on Tuesday. “It kind of started out to be a joke with my girlfriends. I was like, ‘Explain this whole thing to me because it’s kind of blowing my mind.’ We were swiping and it started out to be kind of a joke and I was like, ‘I’m gonna join Tinder,’ and they were like, ‘What?! No way you can’t.’
“And I was like, ‘Why can’t I? Yeah, I absolutely can,'” she continued. “I never thought anything was really going to happen. I was talking to a few of the guys and they were really normal.”
The actress revealed she went on a Tinder date on Monday night with a guy named Tom.
“We went bowling so we didn’t have to talk too much, but we did talk a lot actually,” said. “He was cool. He brought a friend and I had some friends there.”
And Hilary said her Tinder dating adventures are just getting started – she has another Tinder date this week.
“I’m just a Tinder animal!” she jokes. “I had my Tinder training wheels on for my first date. Now it’s smooth sailing.”
