Hilary Duff On Her Wedding Ring Reaction: ‘There’s No Way That’s Real!’

Diamonds are a girl’s best friend — especially when they’re as blindingly big as the crowning jewel on Hilary Duff’s wedding ring!

The glowing newlywed proudly showed off her dazzling diamond to Access Hollywood Live’s Billy Bush and Kit Hoover on Thursday, and said she was shocked by the size of the ring when her now-husband, Canadian NHL star Mike “The Brick” Comrie, got down on one knee.

“I was kind of scared to look at [the ring]!” Hilary exclaimed. “I got a glance and it was like, are you crazy? Are you kidding me? That’s not real. There’s no way it’s real!”

The robust rock is reportedly worth $1M and weighs in at an astounding 14-carats, but Hilary said she is unsure of the sparkler’s exact dimensions.

“I don’t know actually know [the carat size],” Hilary said. “I wasn’t like, ‘Now, how many carats is this?’” she added, laughing.

“You could play a game of hockey on the surface of that thing,” Billy joked back to Hilary.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, the charming couple met in 2007 at an Idaho resort, and Mike proposed to Hilary in February.

The pair tied the knot on August 14 in Santa Barbara, Calif.
