How Julianne Hough Stays In Such Amazing Shape

Julianne Hough is #bodygoals, but she’s also #bodypositive.

In the September issue of SHAPE magazine, Julianne shared
how she stays in such amazing shape while also having a healthy outlook on her
body.

The 28-year-old revealed why she loves her body much more
now than when she was younger.

“I love my shape because I feel strong and fit, and
that makes me feel confident. When I look at pictures of myself when I was 19,
my body was bangin’, but I was killing myself,” she told the mag.

Adding, “I’m embracing the
fact that I’m a woman with curves.”

She also about her favorite type of workout, group fitness
classes!

“I love going to classes with my girlfriends,” she
said — according to the mag, actresses Nina Dobrev and Sarah Hyland are two of
her closest gal pals. “We’ll call each other or send a group text and
organize.”

So how often does Julianne hit the gym?

“I
exercise three to six times a week, but usually I do five days of hard-core
training,” she said.

Julianne also shared her secret to finding motivation to
work out — a cute outfit!

“If I have a really cute outfit on when I exercise, it
inspires me to work harder. I want those clothes to look good on my body,”
she said.
