According to Us Weekly, the “Nashville” star, 23, is planning a trip down the aisle with Ukrainian boxer Wladimir Klitschko, 37.
“Very few people know, and she isn’t wearing her ring publicly yet,” a mag source said of the couple’s reported engagement.

The pair, who split in May 2011 after dating for two years and then reconciled in January, could tie the knot this year.
“Looks like a summer wedding!” the source claimed.
The reported engagement comes on the heels of Hayden’s split from New York Jets wide receiver Scotty McKnight just three months ago. The couple had dated for over a year.
