Jackson Custody Hearing Postponed For Second Time

The custody hearing over Michael Jackson’s children has been postponed, once again.

The hearing, which will decide if the star’s mother, Katherine Jackson, or his ex-wife, Debbie Rowe, will get custody of his three children was scheduled for July 20.

However, Access Hollywood has learned the hearing has now been postponed until August 3 at 8:30 AM.

The hearing was initially slated to take place on July 13 before being moved to July 20.

The original date was moved at the request of Katherine Jackson, who currently is the guardian of Prince Michael, 12; Paris Katherine, 11; and Prince Michael II, 7, at the request of Michael’s will.

As previously reported, Rowe was planning to attend the July 20 hearing.
