Janet Jackson & Family Arrive For Day Two Of Dr. Conrad Murray Hearing

Janet Jackson showed up for the second day of the preliminary hearing on an involuntary manslaughter charge against Michael Jackson’s physician, Dr. Conrad Murray.

The late singer’s other two sisters, LaToya and Rebe, brother Randy, dad Joe and mom Katherine were also in attendance.

The Associated Press reported that one of Jackson’s bodyguards, Alberto Alvarez, is expected to testify against Murray today. The prosecution is claiming that the doctor ordered Alvarez to conceal syringes and other items before calling 911 on June 25, 2009, the day that the King of Pop died.

On Tuesday, choreographer Kenny Ortega testified that he quarreled with Murray about the singer’s health six days before Jackson died.

“He didn’t look well at all,” Ortega said. “Michael was chilled and soft-spoken… He wasn’t in the kind of condition to be at rehearsal.”

According to an autopsy report, Jackson died from an overdose of the drug Propofol.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Murray has pleaded not guilty to the involuntary manslaughter charge. If convicted, Murray could face four years behind bars and lose his medical license.
