Jared Leto Hasn’t Seen ‘Dallas Buyers Club’

Jared Leto won an Oscar for playing Rayon in “Dallas Buyers Club,” but he hasn’t seen the performance that netted him a golden statute on Sunday night.

“I have not seen the film yet,” Jared told Ellen DeGeneres on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” on Monday.

And, it may be a while before Jared sees his Oscar-winning performance.

“I think one day I will watch it, because, you know, I’ll be curious at some point,” Jared said. “But it was such an intense role. It’s better for me to just leave it alone right now.”

Also intense was Jared’s Oscar night. He was out until the wee hours of Monday, and when he did emerge from his home, he found a barrage of snappers outside his door.

“There were paparazzi waiting outside of my house this morning,” Jared said. “I don’t know if [they were there] just to kind of celebrate the day with me or find out who else I was sleeping with, but I got in at — I think the crack a** of dawn last night, maybe 6 o’clock — 5:30.”

Jared’s “who else I was sleeping with,” comment was related to an earlier Ellen question on her show. She previously asked him if he slept with his Oscar following his big win.
