Jennifer Hudson has hopped aboard the increasingly popular pixie cut hair train!
The singer/actress tells Access Hollywood she was ready to switch it up (a la Jennifer Lawrence, Kristin Chenoweth, Beyonce and more!).
“I wanted a change, something different and it’s grown and sexy,” Jennifer told Access at the unveiling of her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Wednesday. “It’s just like, this is the new JHud, Jennifer! I said if I’m gonna go short, I’m gonna go all the way… and here it is.”
As for receiving the coveted Hollywood star, the 32-year-old said she can hardly believe her good fortune.
“It’s just an honor just to have one and to be here and it’s been a journey,” she said. “It’s like OK, this is a good sign, this is an inspiration for me to keep pushing on.
“I just want to grow and I love what I do and I just want to continue to get better and learn and learn whether it’s film, music , spokesperson,” she continued. “I just want to be here.”
