Jennifer Lawrence had no idea that the most recent season of “Homeland” would be spoiled for her at last weekend’s SAG Awards – until she ran into Damian Lewis and Access Hollywood on the red carpet.
The actress had a mini-fan meltdown at the sight of Damian, who played Nicolas Brody on the Showtime series, but it was nothing compared to the reaction she had when Brody’s fate on the hit series was spoiled.
“It’s like my favorite show ever,” Jennifer said of “Homeland” to Access’ Shaun Robinson, as AccessHollywood.com’s Laura Saltman was chatting with Damian just feet away on our platform — and Jennifer couldn’t have been more excited.

“Come here. Let’s cuddle,” Damian said to Jennifer, who was frozen by the sight of the Showtime star.
“Oh my God, hi,” the Oscar winner said as she approach Damian. “You’re so great. The show is amazing. My ears are so red, aren’t they?”
“You’re amazing. They’re the same color as my hair, that’s weird,” he told Jennifer.

Their red carpet meet up with Access might seem like a magical moment, but it all went south when details of the “Homeland” Season 3 finale were revealed to the actress (who admitted she was catching up on the show and hadn’t yet seen the recent shocking finale) – and she was not pleased!
