While the world has been waiting for
Jennifer Lopez to announce she is pregnant, Access Hollywood is hearing
it’s a double dose of baby news for J.Lo.
Sources tell Access Jennifer is carrying twins. However, there has
been no confirmation from Jennifer.
Baby bump rumors have been swirling around Jen for quite some time. Her
noticeable transition from form-fitting clothes to a looser look has only added
fuel to the fire.
On Tuesday, Jen paid a visit to “The Late Show with David Letterman,”
arriving in a belly-hiding black pea coat with a black leather cap and thigh
high boots.
And while Dave tried to broach the subject, Jennifer (who changed into a
flowing turquoise mini baby doll dress for her TV interview) continued to play
coy.
“The idea of having a family is daunting isn’t it?” Dave asked.
“Absolutely, yeah,” she said with a smile, drawing a laugh from the
audience.
Later in the night, it was time for one more quick change as J.Lo hit her
album release party – this time opting for a loose coat with black leather
leggings. Fortunately for her, this time she had a handy excuse for being all
bundled up.
“Trying to cover up for the rain,” she grinned on the red carpet.
Over the weekend, many fans were expecting Jen to confirm the news herself
during her show at New York’s Madison Square
Garden.
And it almost appeared as if Jenny knew people were waiting, as she seemed to
tease the crowd.
“God has finally blessed me…,” she told the eagerly awaiting crowd. “… to
be here with you.”
Back in October 2006, Jennifer sat down with Access Hollywood’s
Billy Bush at the Noches de Ninos event, where the typically reserved J.Lo
opened up about her plans for a family.
“What about children of your own?” Billy asked. “Slowing down the career and
having that family… are you going to do it?”
“Yeah, yeah. I mean I do want to do it,” she answered. “But I guess it’ll
happen in its own time, naturally. I always say the same thing and we’ll
see.”
Jen and Marc tied the knot in a quiet home wedding on June 5, 2004.
This will be the first child for Jen. Marc has three other children from his
previous relationships.
