‘Jersey Shore’ Stars Return To Work; Reportedly Get Raise

Following reports of a strike, the cast of MTV’s “Jersey Shore” have signed new contracts and have returned to work for a third season of their reality show.

“MTV is pleased that the ‘Jersey Shore’ cast are returning to Seaside Heights to continue production on Season 3,” a rep for MTV said in a statement to Access Hollywood.

“Not only have they become a part of the MTV family, but fans worldwide have fallen in love with them,” the statement continued. “Stay tuned for ‘Jersey Shore’ Season 2 on July 29th.”

According to People, the self-proclaimed guidos and guidettes are getting more money.

“They did get a pay raise. Everyone’s happy with their deals,” a source told the mag.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, series star Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino was the first to return to work on Monday.
